HeyGeo Terms of Service
These Terms of Service establish the core contractual framework for the use of the heygeo.ai website and all HeyGeo products, applications, panels, APIs, reporting, support, and related digital services offered under the HeyGeo brand by Kodex Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş.
By visiting the website, creating an account, requesting a demo, approving a proposal or order, or using the Service in any manner, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Between whom does this text apply?
These terms apply between Kodex Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. acting as the service provider ("HeyGeo" or the "Company") and any natural or legal person user, customer, or authorized representative acting on behalf of a customer using HeyGeo services.
The "Service" refers to the software, panel, reports, API, and support services that provide AI visibility analysis, prompt- and location-based measurement, competitor comparisons, scores, sentiment, mentions, citations, topics, and similar insights.

When do the terms become binding?
These terms become binding upon account creation, the start of a demo or proposal process, providing a confirmation such as "accept", "start", or "sign up", the entry into force of an Order Form, or the actual use of the Service.
Any person acting on behalf of an organization represents that they have authority to bind that organization to these terms. In enterprise use, the term "User" may, as applicable, also include the relevant organization.
How does the subscription structure operate?
The Service is provided according to plans offered through the pricing page, a proposal, an Order Form, or a separate commercial document. Each plan may differ based on user count, access scope, data limits, feature set, and subscription term.
An "Authorized User" means a person permitted to access the Service on behalf of the customer. Accounts may not be shared; each access must use the credentials assigned to the relevant user.
What right does HeyGeo grant you?
Subject to the subscription term and the contractual terms, HeyGeo grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service solely for the customer's internal business purposes.
This right does not grant ownership or technical control over the Service. HeyGeo reserves all rights in the product, software, data models, analytical methodology, interface, and documentation.
Data ownership and the nature of outputs
Data and account content uploaded, transmitted, or provided to the Service by the User or Customer is treated as "Customer Data". Rights in Customer Data belong to the user or the relevant customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Scores, reports, summaries, comparisons, dashboard outputs, and similar product outputs generated by HeyGeo are created through combined processing of Customer Data, public web sources, third-party AI engines, and HeyGeo methodology. These outputs are intended for internal use and do not constitute independent legal, financial, or commercial advice.
The User agrees that they hold the necessary permissions, consents, licenses, and authority for data transferred to the Service and that such data is not unlawful.
Which uses are prohibited?
- Reselling, sublicensing, or offering the Service as a platform to third parties
- Reverse engineering, bypassing technical safeguards, or using the Service to build a competing product
- Disrupting system integrity through viruses, malicious code, bots, or excessive requests
- Processing unlawful, infringing, or rights-violating content
- Creating an independent data product, database, or model set from HeyGeo outputs
- Circumventing subscription scope, user limits, or access controls
Payment and renewal principles
Fees, currency, billing term, user limits, renewal conditions, and any additional service charges are set out in the relevant pricing page, Order Form, or separate commercial document. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes.
Subscriptions may be offered on monthly, annual, or other recurring terms. Fixed-term subscriptions may renew unless otherwise agreed or cancelled on time. Overdue payments entitle HeyGeo to suspend or restrict access.
Invoices, payment methods, tax handling, and collections may be managed directly by HeyGeo or by authorized payment and billing providers acting on its behalf. Cancellation and refund terms are set out separately in Section 8 below.
How are subscription cancellations and refund requests assessed?
A user may cancel a subscription from the billing area of the account, through management links provided during payment, or by sending a request to hello@heygeo.ai. Unless expressly stated otherwise in an Order Form or separate commercial document, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents re-billing for subsequent periods.
For HeyGeo subscriptions, payment and billing processes may be handled through Paddle or a similar payment and billing infrastructure selected by HeyGeo. Card charging, subscription management, invoice creation, and technically supported refund flows may operate through that infrastructure; however, user communication and commercial review coordination remain managed by HeyGeo.
Any withdrawal, reversal, or refund rights granted by mandatory law remain reserved. Where mandatory legal rules provide a stronger user right, those rights prevail. Refund requests may be wholly or partially limited where access to the digital service has started, analyses have been generated, reports have been delivered, or consulting / setup services have already been performed.
Where there is an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, a persistent technical issue materially preventing access to the product, a significant service defect, or a refund ground arising from law, the user must submit a support request including transaction date, plan details, and the reason for the request. HeyGeo evaluates the request in light of usage level, transaction date, technical records, delivered outputs, and applicable law.
If approved, a refund may be processed in full or in part through the relevant payment method. An approved refund may result in termination or rollback of the relevant plan, usage rights, quotas, and access limits. Different cancellation and refund conditions may apply to free trials, beta programs, demos, special integrations, training, consulting, and enterprise offer-based services, as separately set out in the Order Form, proposal, or another commercial document.
- The subscription may be cancelled through the account or the support channel.
- Unless otherwise stated, cancellation becomes effective at period end.
- Cancellation stops billing for future periods.
- Statutory rights remain reserved and apply first.
- Incorrect charges and significant technical defects are reviewed separately.
- An approved refund may terminate access and usage rights.
Free trial and demo tiers
HeyGeo may, at its discretion, offer free trials, demos, beta access, or limited free use. The scope, data limits, duration, and technical restrictions of these tiers are determined by HeyGeo and may change without prior notice.
Free services may not be designed for mission-critical production use. HeyGeo reserves the right to partially or fully terminate free access.
Data protection and confidentiality approach
HeyGeo seeks to maintain administrative, technical, and reasonable organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service. Details regarding the processing of personal data are set out separately in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Notice.
Commercial, technical, financial, and operational information disclosed by either party that is inherently confidential or expressly marked confidential is treated as "Confidential Information". The parties agree to use such information only for contractual purposes and to protect it with reasonable safeguards.
HeyGeo may use anonymized or aggregated usage data that does not directly identify an individual in order to improve the product and measure performance.
Who owns the rights in the product?
All intellectual and industrial property rights in HeyGeo's trademarks, logos, software, data models, methodology, dashboard designs, report templates, documentation, and all other elements belong to HeyGeo or its licensors.
Unless separately agreed otherwise, enhancement suggestions, feedback, or bug reports submitted by the user may be used by HeyGeo for product development without additional compensation.
How is the service provided?
Unless expressly committed otherwise in writing, the HeyGeo Service is provided "as is" and "as available". HeyGeo does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or achieve a particular outcome.
Analyses derived from AI engines, public web sources, and third-party systems may inherently vary. Accordingly, product outputs should not be interpreted as a guarantee of absolute accuracy or a specific commercial result.
How do liability limits apply?
Subject to mandatory law, HeyGeo is not liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or other indirect or consequential damages.
Unless separately agreed in writing, HeyGeo's total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the subscription fees actually paid for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free services, liability is limited to the broadest extent permitted by law.
The user may be responsible for third-party claims arising from its own data, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.
When may access be suspended?
HeyGeo may suspend access to the Service in whole or in part in the event of a security threat, suspected misuse, payment default, legal obligation, a need to protect system integrity, or a breach of these terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party fails to cure a material breach within a reasonable time. Fixed-term subscriptions end at period end, while free tiers may be terminated by HeyGeo at any time.
Subject to statutory retention obligations, data return, export timing, and deletion schedules are governed by HeyGeo's data retention policy and the relevant Order Form provisions.
Other contractual provisions
Force majeure: Delays caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, cyberattacks, internet outages, or official authority decisions, may affect performance.
Assignment: The user may not assign rights or obligations arising from these terms without HeyGeo's written consent. HeyGeo may assign them as part of an internal restructuring, merger, or asset transfer.
Updates: HeyGeo may update these terms for legal, security, product-scope, or commercial reasons. The current text has forward effect from the date of publication; a new version may also apply upon subscription renewal.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, [competent courts and enforcement offices to be added] will have jurisdiction over disputes.
Consumer matters: HeyGeo is principally structured on a B2B model. Nevertheless, where a specific matter qualifies as a consumer transaction, mandatory consumer law provisions remain reserved.
